How can I export a confluence doc and then import it back without losing any data/ formatting?

I need to be able to move documents out of confluence and back into confluence and be able to keep all the macros and page layouts once i import it back.

I am afraid it would be not possible. It depends you content of course. If you have complex tables and a lot of macros it would be more differences comparing to normal simple text with images.Over the years people struggling with DOC formatting and not sure if someone would find a way to make it exactly the same working both ways.
