How can I do a case sensitive search in confluence?

How can I do a case sensitive search in confluence?  I need to find rdist and not Rdist.

I found on a web page from 2013:

Confluence is case sensitive for wildcard searches.

I checked it on a 6.7.0 server and it is not true any more.

Had a look at Atlassians Jira. There I found CONFSERVER-27263, which was set to 'Won't fix' on 23/Jun/2014.

Then there was a new issue raised: CONFSERVER-43551 in 2016. This one still open. I voted for this. If you will vote and others, too (who read this post), probably case-sensitve search will return in the future.
