How can I do Nr.1 and Nr.2 ?

Star October 27, 2022

How can I do it?

1. The Confluence Space should be configured for all content to be shared with the customer.

2. Not every customer is allowed to see every article (How To, Troubleshooting).

Thanks.

There are a couple of ways to do both of these, and which one you use depends on how your "customers" can log in.

hereAre your customers full Confluence users?  Or are they Jira Service Management Customers?  Or do you want them to be "guest" confluence users?  Or just have pages explicitly shared with them (they can't read your Confluence unless a Confluence user shares a page with them)?

Thanks for the answer.

Customers are Jira Service Management Customers and Customers do not have a Confluence license.

Ok, then the setup is simple.  Your space needs to be a knowledge base linked to the support portal(s) that the customers use, and they will be able to see everything in the knowledge base, there's no way to restrict it by customer.
