How can I create the means for readers of my page to search on keywords within the page?

For example, I want to be enable readers of the page to identify all the instances of the phrase "data access' that show up on that page.

Do you mean like the Livesearch Macro?

edit: Ah I think you meant to search content inside the page itself. all I can think of is using good 'ol ctrl+f.
