Hi guys :)
I'm hoping you have some advise or good-to-know-knowledge regarding getting/creating an user alarm to a specific date.
I need to make sure that content that will be placed in Confluence DC will be reviewed on a monthly/half year-basic. (Records management)
Can I do this without getting an add-on ?
If not and I need an add-on - can you recommend one ?
The Better Content Archiving app can easily solve this and a lot of other content lifecycle problems.
You can set a date for a single page or for a page tree on which it (these) turn to the "expired" status:
You can then email the last modifier, owners, creators of the pages automatically.
Give it a try!
(Discl. I am a developer working on this paid and supported app. Its cloud version is coming soon!)
Hi @Stephanie Plambech ,
there is an usefult add-on that allows you to manage expiration date on a single page.
Here an useful documentation : https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CWL/State+expiry+dates
Here an useful video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGeFDpjPSWI
Hope this helps,
Fabio
