As a user ofc onfluence I want to use a hint for each link, shown during mouse over.

the same function as each wiki software offer and also each microsoft tool.

Which version of Confluence are you on? If you are on Cloud, your options are limitied. On Server, you could create a user macro to do what you want.

And what kind of hint do are you expecting for a link?
