How can I create a custom space blueprint or the equivalent in Confluence Cloud?

Hi All,

Confluence cloud comes with space blueprints for team, software, etc. What is the best/easiest way to either customise those blueprints, create new ones, or leverage some other functionality so I can "Create a new space" with additional pre-built pages etc?

I'm already aware of Copy Space and friends but I want to leverage the create space wizard to enable linking with my JIRA project.
