How can I change the font of documents in cloud server?

After looking at different solutions for changing the font, I still can't seem to make it work on cloud server.

All we really want to do is be able to change the font of our text to Helvetica.

We store email templates in our space, and we want to enable our users to just copy the contents and send. We must use Helvetica as a font. How can we change default font?

Do you mean Cloud or Server? They are different products.

Ah, ok, you can't customise Cloud to that extent I'm afraid.
