How can I change the color and the corner of confluence buttons on the dashboard?

I would like to change the color and rounded edges on the buttons on the dashboard for the pages, not the buttons for the spaces as that can be simply done with refined. Attaching is a screenshot of exactly the buttons I am referring to: Read more and More, I would like to have rounded edges like the spaces and the same color so it has better contrast.

When you are editing the page, can you see what is producing these buttons?

You would have to edit the gadget you are using, or pick a different button gadget via a marketplace addon.
