I am using Confluence to manage manuals, release notes, and other project-related documentation. Currently, Confluence is installed on a local machine, and users access it directly.
I would like to provide read-only access to specific pages (like manuals or release notes) using a single-use or temporary account. Is there a way to configure this in Confluence? If so, what steps should I follow?
Is this functionality supported in Cloud Confluence, and what are the steps to configure it?
Hi @PM BA
You wrote "Currently, Confluence is installed on a local machine" but your deployment type says Cloud.
Those claims are mutually excluding - server/DC vs cloud - but the deployment type impacts the option you have for sharing selected content for selected users/groups.
Let me Expain,
Currenlty we have confluence installed on AWS Server and by providing domain name users are accessing it.
Now, This process has no support from Confluence i think.
So, we want to migrate Confluence Cloud.

Hi @PM BA
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Yes, its possible to restict the user access on specific pages using page restictions permissions.
You can restrict viewing of a page or blog post to certain users or groups, so that even if someone has the 'view' permission for the space, they won't be able to view the content of the page or blog post.
Please, refer the below articles for more information:
