How can I add an attribute to a page information eg. "work status"

By klicking on "Extras" I can see a fixed set of attributes about that specific page. How can I edit and add attributes on the status of the page?

Check out the page properties and page properties reports macro. With the page properties macro you can create a table on a page with key/value pairs wrapped in the page properties macro. Then on another page you can create a report of those pages that shows the key/value pairs. Would something like this be what you are looking for?
