How can I add a "subscribe" button?

I am looking for a simple subscribe button that will allow visitors to subscribe to updates via email? Thanks so much!

I'd swear there's an easy way to do this, but I did find a couple of similar questions. Maybe you can get one to work for you:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

You can just ask them to click "watch" if it's a specific page they want to get updates for.
