How can I add a link in Confluence to an object in Insight?

I'm using Confluence (Cloud) and Jira and Jira Service Management (Cloud) with Mindville Insight as our asset manager.

I just need to create a link to an object in Insight from a Confluence page. Is it possible? How?

After asking to customer support I was answered that this is not possible.
