Hi, I have a 10 users on demand license and i am not sure how the 10 users of the agreement are to count. More specifically: Can I create more than 10 users but keep only 10 of them as active (by deactivating the others) from time to time? Is the System Administrator user to be included in the count of 10 users? If not, can i deactivate the System Administrator user and give all its permissions to anothe user? Your 10 user licence lets you have 10 active users from your organisation. Your administrators DO count. The OnDemand administrator account does not.

More specifically

1. Yes. You can have up to 10 active accounts and lots more inactive, deactivating and reactivating as needed

2. No. The OnDemand system admin user is not counted

3. No, you must have a system admin at all times
