How-To Article does not use Title from Create-From-Template Macro

I'd like to use the "Create From Template" macro to allow users to create How-to-articled with a given title.

The editor of the macro:

This is the button in the page created by the macro:

But when I click the button, the title field in the dialog is empty:

I'd expect that the "Name" field is showing "xxx" plus the current date.

What am I missing?

I'm using Confluence 5.8.4.
