I created jira and confluence projects on my atlassian account. But now I want migrate these projects on new account with all content. How I can do it saifеst?

I am not sure what you mean by "new Atlassian account". When you mention Atlassian account I think of Atlassian ID. Do you mean that you set up an instance and you would like the Confluence Space and Jira Project on another instance?
