How Are Confluence Data Center Admins Using External AI Tools?

Dear Confluence Admins, 

I’m curious to learn how you’re using external AI tools to manage, maintain, and enhance your Confluence Data Center instance. 

To clarify — I’m not referring to Rovo / Atlassian AI, but rather tools like Claude Code and similar agentic or code‑assistant solutions.

I’d love to hear how others are experimenting with AI across operational tasks, content governance, automation, developer workflows, or anything else you’ve tried.

Here are a couple of examples we are currently exploring:

• Agentic driven version upgrade - rebuild our custom plugins based on changes from V9.2 -> 10.2 
• Auto generate labels based on the content of the page. 

May this thread grow into a productive discussion that sparks fresh ideas and brings real value to our Confluence DC environments — at least until we will all be nudged toward the cloud 😉.

since AI entered our lives it is helping us in many day to day tasks.
I keep thinking of new ideas where it can help me. I believe I am not the only one that is is seeking ideas where else it can help. I think it can help with some Confluence pain-points too. sorry if this is a very general topic and not specific issue

AI tools can be very helpful for Confluence administration, especially for automation, content organization, and reducing repetitive tasks. Using AI for plugin updates, governance, and workflow improvements sounds like a practical approach. I’m interested to see how admins balance AI assistance with security and data privacy concerns. Royal X Casino is unrelated to this discussion, but exploring AI capabilities in Confluence is exciting.
