Hi @MARIANO GONZALEZ

That message usually means the site was deactivated or suspended, most often because a subscription lapsed, was canceled, or the site went inactive on a Free plan, not because of a technical fault on your side. If it was a Free site, this article by @Trudy P Claspill explains how the inactivity and data retention rules work: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Atlassian-Jira-JSM-Confluence-Free-Tier-Inactivity-amp-Data/ba-p/3251237

The Community cannot restore the site, so I would raise a ticket with Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and include the site URL plus both request IDs. Before that, I would check whether you can still access https://admin.atlassian.com with your admin account and whether the site appears under Billing > Subscriptions.

Cheers, Martin

Hola @MARIANO GONZALEZ

O no puedes ver nada?
