Ho do I fix issues with my Confluence Macro 'create from template'?

My macro 'create from template' was working perfectly fine and then just stopped working. It works sporadically by closing and opening different browsers and refreshing the page but only once or twice at most then just doesn't work. When I click my macro button the macro flashes up as if it is about to start then just disappears without having done anything
