Hi there! I am doing a small investigation into the capabilities of Atlassian Confluence and I am wondering if it is possible to highlight specific text changes on the page (without having to go to the Version comparison).

If I have the sample text below:

The big, bad wolf ran home.

And I add the following words:

The big, bad wolf ran really fast to his home.

I want it to highlight the added words "really fast to his" to show that this area has been modified from the previous version so that my users can see at a quick glance what has been modified rather than making them all click on "Page History" and then "Version Comparison".

Is this possible in Atlassian Confluence?

Sure, you could change the color of the edited text:

Or strike through the old text:

I was hoping to find a macro that would assist with this automatically because we have over 28,000 employees and a majority of them are not going to want to highlight all the changes they make.
