Hide page properties macro when exporting to pdf

Susan Kelley
February 15, 2021

I'm exporting my content to pdf and want to hide the Page Properties macro from appearing when I do. I export both the standard way and using Scroll PDF Export. How do I do this so the macro doesn't show up on printed pages?

Hi Susan and welcome,

You need to check 'Hidden' option within the Macro configuration to avoid this macro to be displayed at all, this will avoid the macro from appearing when exporting but also wont be visible any more when viewing the page.

Page Property Report macro will still showing properties even when hidden as macro description depicts.

Is there a way to still show this Page Properties content on the Confluence page, but still ignore on the PDF export?
