Hi @D Richard 

To enable the Legacy Editor for your account, you need to contact Atlassian Support. Follow these steps:

Go to Atlassian Support portal


Select "Technical issues and bugs. "


Choose your product (e. g. , Confluence).


In the summary, write "Enable Legacy Editor for my account. "


Describe why you need the Legacy Editor.


Submit the request.

Thanks @Oday Rafeh but it seems I only get the opportunity to ask a question and not to make a request, with my Cloud free account. I am still evaluating the features to decide whether moving forward with a paid account would meet my needs.
