Help with Sharing

Hello. I just created an Atlassian site in the Confluence Cloud. how can i share it with specific people?

I went to a page in my space and clicked share. Then, I put in an email address.

It seems that folks who already have Atlassian  enterprise account are getting an error when trying to my page.

Can you help?

The error is:

Did you use the wrong account?

Your email address:....

doesn't have access to xxx.atlassian.net.

contact your administrator.

So they contact me and I don't know what to do. I already put this same email in a share notification..

Just for clarification, is this a Space on your site, or an entirely new instance of Confluence? If they're not members of your instance of the software, you may have to enable anonymous permissions to invite people via email who aren't listed as users in your instance, perhaps?

Thank you for the response. In the end, I just went into User Management and added the 20 users 1:1 and that got me through. Thank you.
