Yes, but no.
All you need to do is not give the admin "use space" permission in the space settings.
But as an admin, they will always be able to admin a space and add themselves back in.

In the space permissions! That sounds condescending, but please let me explain - the phrase really is a menu entry and page title. But it is very well-buried one if you're not familiar with how Confluence does its administration.
Go to the space you want to hide from your administrators, and in the left-hand bar, look for "space settings"
You should land on a page with several panels, one of which is "space permissions". Go into "general" and you'll see the list of people and groups who have some form of access to your space. (The link to "general" used to be a single entry in a very long menu, and it used to be called "space permissions")

You can avoid Admin to have access to a space but, as Administrator, on the admin section he will able to see that space and add itself to space permission.
