Hello Everyone, In my company, the HR using Vikarina virtual machine. However they are not able to download/copy any of the reports they generate from HR system to our PC and viceversa. Could anyone help on this. Thanks in advance.

How are they trying to "download" reports?  What are the reports in Confluence they are trying to download?

Thank you for the response. Like any kind of file, example excel or word. They cannot copy from VM to local machine. Advised to store in one drive and view. Application is not interfaced to copy paste. May be the term downlaod shouldn't be considered.

Confluence does not provide reports as excel or word, so I have to ask what you really mean by "report" in Confluence?  What are you actually trying to download?

That is not the application i am referring  when i searched for more information it lead me to this community to ask question. The application i was refering to is Vikarina virtual machine.

I think you may be asking the wrong people then.  We're an Atlassian forum.  Vikarina is not an Atlassia application. 

My best guess is that they use Atlassian software for their documentation, issue tracking, and source control, and you have clicked on "help with doc system" rather than "help with Vikarina"
