Having an error trying to get signed in

Hello, 

I work in IT at a smaller trucking company out of Iowa and I have Dial Pad by T-Mobile for our phone service carrier.  They need me to sign into Confluence to add my phone numbers to an anti-spam registration But I am getting the following error and cannot get signed in to Confluence.  See below

Please check with whoever administers this Confluence instance and confirm that your account has the correct access.

This looks like either an account mismatch or simply missing permissions.

yes from a laptop in Google Chrome.
