HTTP error when uploading file in Confluence Cloud

I'm trying to upload a small text file to a confluence page, but I see the "HTTP error" message. Have since tried with other files but nothing will upload. What's the solution for this when working with Confluence Cloud?

Please give us more information about the issue.

• The difficulties on uploading files to Confluence started when you tried to upload the small text file you've mentioned? Were you able to upload files to Confluence before?
• Does the "HTTP error" message stand alone or does it contain additional information (e.g., the type of error)?
• Are the attachment size set properly? (see Configuring attachment size)

Hi Felipe, thanks for getting back to me but the issue appears to have resolved itself this morning. It was only a small file text file initially, yes. Never had a problem uploading before, and attachment size limit is definitely large enough. All the message said was HTTP error. Best, Jessica
