HTML table in Draw.io tooltip: empty space above table

I am adding a tooltip to a shape in draw.io.

It seems I can add a html table. The table itself works and looks great.

My only issue is that there is a big empty space off about 2cm above it. 

How can I get rid of this space?

If I add the table at the top of the tooltip I got the 2cm space at the top. If I add text first and then the table, I got the 2cm space between the text and the table.

It kind of messes up the view of my tooltip.
