This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: User Profile Macro

HI Team, we have a case where people do not log in, they do not see the "user group", it tells the people they must login, in order for them to view them.

What do you mean "does not see the 'user group'"? 

A user has to be in a group to be able to use it in some cases, and anonymous users can't be in groups because the system can't know who they are (hence the need to log in).  But I'm not sure what "seeing the user group" is.
