Hello!

I regularly use Confluence to organize and create wikis for my projects. Over the past couple of months, I only visited my Confluence workspace occasionally due to some personal issues.

Today I tried to log in, but I'm getting a "Page unavailable" message. I'm not sure what's happening since the Atlassian Status page shows everything is operational. I have really, really important information in my workspace that I can't afford to lose.

Is there any way to receive support from a real person instead of AI? I truly need help resolving this issue. I already submitted a support request by email, but I only received an automated response.

I was also told that I had been sent email notifications, but I never received any of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello @Alan Silva Lillo

Are you using a paid subscription or a free subscription?

If a paid subscription, can you check your payment methods to confirm that all payments have been processed properly?

If free, when was the last time you successfully accessed the content? Could it have been more than 40 days ago?

If so, Atlassian has a policy of deactivating Free subscriptions that are left inactive for an extended period of time. That period of time is 40 days. 15 days after deactivation they will permanently delete the data such that even they can't restore it.

For full details about that scenario refer to this article I published:

Free Confluence Cloud Deactivation Due to Inactivity - How did it happen and what can you do?
