searching my power BI, for this month, data shows me a 0% E-Service, I believe it's not correct data.

Welcome to the community.

Which app do you use? Submit a support ticket to the relevant app Vendor.

You can also see the apps in Jira from Settings -> Apps -> Manage Apps.
