Go edit plugins

Hi 

I'm struggling to install plugins in my Confluence.

Navigated to manage add-ons . click upload add-on . pop-up: from this  URL . 

I'm missing the pop up that says from upload from this computer 

please help

You cannot upload addons to Cloud Confluence.  

You can select addons in your Atlassian account to be added to Confluence, and they will be added automatically when you "buy" them. ("Buy" is in quotes because a lot of them are free.  But you still need to go through the account to add them).  The list of addons available is limited to the ones Atlassian are prepared to support on Cloud.
