Global templates

I've tried to create a template for my team, and I wanted to make it a global template. I have all the required permissions and I'm also an Organizations Admin, but the option for Global Templates is greyed out. Does anybody have any idea what I can do?

It will be easiest when you follow Official KB Article for that. Create a global content template | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support

One note, @Viktorya Zargaryan 

I see at the top of the page that @Arkadiusz Wroblewski linked to that it says:

Only Confluence administrators can create or edit global templates in Confluence Cloud.

You say that you are an Organization admin. I'm not sure if this means that you are a Confluence admin. I personally am a Confluence admin, but I'm not an Organization admin, so I'm not sure how it works the other way around.

If the steps on the page do not work for you, this may be the reason.

@Viktorya Zargaryan - I threw this quick Loom together on how to find these. 

Some notes:

• ALL tiers support global templates (this demo is in free)
• You must have Confluence Admin ("App Admin"). Org Admin is something else. Basically if you don't see a gear in the top right of Confluence you don't have access.

Hi @Viktorya Zargaryan 

as far as i'm aware the global template is only available to Premium/Enterprise Plans. You probably need to upgrade your Plan to be able to use this feature.
