Gliffy diagram used as a template is showing up twice once the page is updated

I select an existing Gliffy diagram as a template, make changes, name it and then save it, it shows up in edit mode on the Confluence page. After I update the page, the diagram is appearing twice. How can I remove the second diagram?

Is it doing this in all browsers?  I am wondering if it this is a cache issue.
