I was wandering if any of you have experience migrating gliffy from Datacenter Confluence to Cloud and if there is any feature parity between the two environments?

I'm Gliffy's product manager. The great news is that you will not lose access to any features as you move from Data Center to Cloud. Here's a high-level one-pager via our brandfolder about our primary features. We try to maintain strong feature parity between the two products, and we typically implement new features on Cloud first.
With regards to help migrating, I haven't personally gone through that process, but most of our customers haven't had issues. You can always reach out to our support team at support@gliffy.com for help!
