Getting error in JIRA sprint health gadget

i have been using this gadget for some time now but suddenly seeing this error and not able to view sprint health status:

The resource https://<domain>.atlassian.net/rest/greenhopper/1.0/xboard/config.json, cannot be found.

I have seen other posts on this issue but they seem to be very old and i did not find any solution.

We are using JIRA cloud software and seeing this error on confluence only.

1. Just to confirm, when you visit Jira software and view all boards, you are able to view the board? 
2. Are you logged into Confluence with the same user that you use for Jira?
3. Do other users encounter the same issue?
4. When did this first break?

1. yes, I was able to see all the tickets and the board

2. yes, I was logged in with the same user.

3. I am not sure but I think this was specific to one board's gadget and many people got the same error.

4. first broke on the day I reported here.

It seems to be working now but it would be great if the error could be checked at backend.

Thank you for confirming that! The Cloud Support Team has access to your site logs, so they would be able to look at your site for you to determine what the issue was.

If you want, you can raise a ticket with them, or if it occurs again they will be able to assist you.
