Dear sir/madam
Are account is deactivated because of inactivity. I saw the email and I opened the project on the confluence app. So I thought that with that action I reactivated my account again. But apparently not...
Are project /account has been deactivated one time before, and you restored our data / account / project.
It is about the sport-app project.
Please restore it again so we can use and work on it again. I know that you keep the data 30 days after the deactivation of our project/account.
Furthermore I would like to receive a copy of all my data of the project.
This so that if the situation in the future happens again. We always have all our data of the project.
I look forward to hear from you!
With kind regards,
Stan Bakker
Hi @Stan Bakker
Act immediately, Atlassian permanently deletes inactive Free subscriptions after about 14 days not 30.
Go to admin.atlassian.com → Billing→ Subscriptions → Inactive, locate your site, and click Reactivate. (Be sure to reactivate the existing site rather than creating a new one).
If the site isn't listed or reactivation fails, contact Atlassian Billing Support right away with your site URL and space name. Once restored, export your space immediately to secure a backup!
Please also take a look on a article from @Trudy P Claspill
It will give you all information you need and seek.😉
Best,
Arek 🤠
Hello @Stan Bakker
In addition to what @Arkadiusz Wroblewski said...
I usually find the Reactivate option by this path
Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
(Note that is not the same location as going to https://admin.atlassian.com and selecting the Billing page.)
From the link I provided select your billing account.
Then select the Subscriptions option.
Then click the Inactive tab in the page on the right.
Additionally Atlassian will not provide you with a backup of your data. It is the customer's (your) responsibility to perform your own periodic backups and manage your disaster recovery plan. Atlassian's responsibility is to manage backups and disaster recovery for the cloud infrastructure only.
