I'm afraid it could be anything - resource issues (memory, cpu, networking), crashes on the server side, a large angry penguin kicking the server.

You'll need to give us the symptoms - browser freezes, error message of some sort, or do you know that the Confluence service is stopping?

What investigations have you done?  Like recorded when it happens (is it random, or when you know a lot of people are active, or 3:42pm every second Tuesday?), and read the logs to see if there are errors?

Hello @Ayan Satybaldinov ,

Tell us more how Confluence is disabled. Do you mean you can't login? Does navigating to the site gives you blank page?
