Gallery Macro doesn't exclude images in Attachment Preview

Hi everybody

We created an image gallery, filtered by label, on a Confluence Page. Now, when a user clicks on an image, the Image Attachment Preview opens. The problem is, that we get all images in the image attachment preview. That is a wrong behavior in my opinion. 2018-11-05 14_37_34-Galerie zeigt _exkludierte_ Bilder.pngWhat do you think?

Bests,
Yanick

Hi @Yanick Belart - a pretty interesting question - never thought of this before.

In my opinion gallery is something different than preview of attachments. Gallery macro only shows pics sorted by in your case label as site content. Preview will show you all attachments...

I was not able to find a smart workaround for that!

Hi @Fabienne Gerhard Thank you very much. Yes, absolutely. But it doesn't make any sense from a user prescriptive.

Bests,
Yanick

Hi @Yanick Belart - I'm totally with you - what may help could be a showing the pics really big so that there is no need to click on it.... not the best idea maybe!

Some sort of Image Slider function would be great for the gallery
