Hi all,
I´m currently on the search for an analytics tool that allows me to track page views in Confluence (Server version). This tool needs to be GDPR compliant. I´ve looked at some of the Plugin, but most of them would not be GDPR compliant. I also saw the option with google analytics, but this is only for Cloud version.
If anyone has an suggestions / tip I would be greatful!
Thanks, Charlotte
Hello,
Since this old request was dug up and since someone might come across it looking for the same solution. Here is a list of possible analytics solutions in the Marketplace that note to be GDPR compliant.
Analytics Insights for Confluence
Google Analytics for Confluence
Viewtracker - Analytics for Confluence
Best regards,
Mattia
It may not completely meet all your needs, but the tracking of views and updates in Better Content Archiving for Confluence supports two "data privacy" switches which can be used to hide the identity of the last viewer and the last updater.
When turned on for the viewer only, it looks like this:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
