GCH are considering purchasing licenses to use Service Desk and have the following three questions

1. How good is the integration with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams?
2. I could not see on the Demo Webcast how to implement/integrate with Asset Management.  How would we achieve that?
3. We rely on a number of third-party suppliers for resolving incidents and satisfying service requests.  What is the best way of managing incidents/service requests when these are delivered by third parties?
