Forwarding From IIS Server to Ubuntu

Hi,

 

i have installed Confluence on Ubuntu Server.It is reachable <Server IP>8090 and over Server Name . I want to check the User Certificates. I know how to chceck with IIS.

Has somebody an Idea how ican forward from IIS to the Confluence.

I have tried the Tomcat Connector but it didnt work. (Bad Gateway)

Thank You for your help
