Forms for Jira "Agile Teams" Field?

Hi there
I have created a form to create Jira issues of type EPIC. Generally it works, but i found no way to fill the Jira field "Agile Teams" (custom field 22351). This field is kinda multi selection. Is there any guidance to do this?
