I am using a lot of child tabs in my Wiki site. I want to colour the tabs, or at least have the colour of the tab in current use more obvious. Has anyone done this? I have not been able to find any 'how to'. Any help is appreciated, thanks
Hey Brenda,
I've never seen a simple custom job before (although never say never) so whilst this is plausible I am not sure our IT or Atlassian Admin would want to go down that route.
A simple script would fix it but I do not recommend it unless your IT buddy is well up for it.
I do know a lot of companies using a Confluence builder like Refined wiki. Here's a nice read through of one success story:
https://comalatech.com/visually-powerful-how-refinedwiki-improved-comalatechs-confluence-wiki/
There are also some more Theme apps on the Marketplace:

Only downside with all of these pretty awesome apps and Theme builders is that they're ideal for a whole range of customisation in Confluence, whilst you just want one simple change.
Hope this helps.
This app is from Adaptavist... seen some of their work by their team through the online Community and it's pretty damn good!
Perhaps @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- would be so kind to give you some far better advice and guidance (way more experienced and skilled than myself he is!)

Hi Andy,
Thanks for your reply. If time permitted, I would look at other theme apps, but alas, I just need a quick and simple change, so I guess they go with no colour. Not a huge issue, just a really nice to have.
Thanks again, oh, just seen your next message, will read.
Kind regards,
Brenda

You are welcome brenda.trevithickharney@qut.edu.au ! Sadly there not a lot of quick fixes in Confluence, unless a company has their own in-house engineers performing these sorts of small custom jobs.
Good luck with it!
