Formatting changing from template to page

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Several aspects of my template are being reformatted when i use it to create a page. The first photo is a preview of the template. The second photo is once the template has been used. The "Page Status" section has been moved to the bottom and each collapse able panel now has two "collapse panel" buttons. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks.
