Force upgrade error:

  • Upgrade failed with the exception java.lang.IllegalStateException: A site migration is currently in progress.. Check the log for details.

That usually means that you're running it twice. Not easy to tell though.

The advice it gives you is solid - you need to read the logs for more detail.
