Firefox Add-On for the Office Connector no longer working after Office 16 upgrade?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Install the Firefox Add-On for the Office Connector

After a recent upgrade to Office 16 I can no longer open Office docs attached to Confluence pages.  I've reinstalled WebDAV Launcher add in.  It launches office programs but just puts up a message that it can't open the files. Any workarounds?

Works for me with "allow authentication tokens in the url path" in Office connector settings in admin backend.
