Filter out unassigned tasks from the task report

There is one page within my space that uses the task checkbox as a checklist of features. The entire list of features is being shown within my task report macro. I want to show the tasks that have someone assigned to them only, but without having to list them out by name in case any new project members come on board and are missed from the list.

Any suggestions?
Trisha

Hello Trisha,

You can use Table Filter macro to filter Task Report macro by assignee:

  1. Wrap Task Report macro with Table Filter macro.
  2. Add dropdown filter for Assignee column.
  3. Select -Empty- option.
  4. Reverse the filter by clicking "=" sign.
  5. Save changes.

Another app you may found useful is Handy Macros: it has Handy Tasks feature that extends native task lists with filters, stats and an ability add new tasks right in the page view mode, and it takes off page limits (10, 20, 40) in the Task Report macro.
