Feature Request: Set DEFAULT option for Notify Watchers

I am a user, I am not concerned if it's on Demand or not, its technology problem. The comment with most votes says it all. You are making users thinking and be careful. Page-wise remembering is NOT the solution.

The answer that was accepted is that it is not possible to set a default option in Cloud for this setting.

We do have a feature request that I found for this that is still open and includes suggesting a default option, that you're welcome to vote on and comment with your usage case:
