Failed to transfer ownership of page.

I am signed in however am not able to transfer ownership of a page..

@Anand Kiran Sade Is the user you are transferring ownership have access to space. 

FYI, In order to transfer page ownership to someone, they need to have edit access to the page in question, as well as access to the space it resides within.
